No two funerals are the same, and no two families require the same type of service. It is our aim, therefore, to tailor our services to the needs of each individual family. |
The process of arranging a Funeral usually begins with an initial contact, either by telephone or in person at any of our Funeral Homes.
One of our Funeral Directors will then arrange to meet with the family, either at their own home or at our premises. |
|
During this meeting, we discuss with our client their requirements for the funeral – Burial or Cremation, a Religious Service or a Non-Religious Ceremony, additional services we can provide such as the placing of newspaper notices and provision of flowers, and the appropriate vehicles required.
We aim to offer services to suit all needs, from the Simple Funeral Package, where only a very basic service is required, to our Full Professional Services, which gives our clients the full range of options.
When the funeral is arranged, an estimate of costs is provided. A comprehensive range of coffins and caskets is available, and we are able to provide additional services such as Order of Service Sheets, Provision of Floral Tributes, or Decorative Urns for the retention of Cremated Remains. We also have a comprehensive library of contacts for more unusual requests, such as a Motorcycle Hearse, Dove release, or Scottish Piper.
All of our clients receive a Funeral Information Folder, which contains information and advice which may help them with some of the decisions which still have to be made, and which contains a number of leaflets which may help with specific tasks, such as Registering a Death, or choosing Hymns and Music.
