All our Funeral Homes are open Monday to Friday between 9:00am and 5:00pm, with the exception of the Kimberley office which is open between 9:30am and 4:30pm.

Our Eastwood office is also open on Saturday mornings from 9:00am to 12.30pm.

Whenever our Funeral Homes are closed, their telephone lines are diverted to our On Call Funeral Staff, ensuring that whenever you call, someone is available to assist you.

Our On Call Funeral Director is available to visit families outside of office hours to make funeral arrangements, or to attend following a bereavement at home or in a care home.

Your Assurance of Integrity and Professionalism

All of our Funeral Homes are members of the National Association of Funeral Directors, the leading Association within the Funeral Profession. Membership of the NAFD involves regular checks on a Funeral Home’s services and facilities, and requires compliance with its Code of Practice, and provision of a high standard of service.

Another requirement of all members of the National Association of Funeral Directors is co-operation with the Funeral Arbitration Scheme, which provides Clients with the reassurance of a system of redress in the unlikely event that any problems should arise.
